The owners were very involved in the design and the construction phase, Jonathan being a property developer of cutting edge mixed developments in JHB cbd and Lauren a very creative person.

The resulting plan also generate external “rooms” or semi enclosed gardens, so that there isn’t a traditional, blunt Inside/outside transition but instead a more gradual one. The long outside walkways have also this purpose, aside from guiding. The interior design was practically entirely done by Lauren.
